Creatiscope Refund Policy
At Creatiscope, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom websites and digital solutions tailored to each client. To maintain transparency and protect both parties, please review our return and refund policy below.
Project Scope & Communication
Our standard website design timeline is approximately 1–3 weeks.
During this creation phase, we offer 2–3 scheduled meetings or update sessions to review progress and accept feedback or change requests.
Third-Party Services
Creatiscope will handle the purchase and setup of all third-party services (such as hosting, domain registration, plugins, or integrations) on behalf of the client.
The cost of these services is included in the overall project fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins.
All third-party service costs are 100% non-refundable, regardless of project status or cancellation.
Payment Terms
Upon completion of the website, an invoice will be sent to the client for the full project amount.
Once the invoice is paid, the website will be made live and full ownership of all website accounts, files, and credentials will be transferred to the client.
Any delays in final payment may result in project suspension or additional fees.
Change Requests
After the website is live, clients have up to 7 days to request minor revisions at no additional cost.
After 7 days, all change requests will be billed separately, unless the client has subscribed to a monthly maintenance plan, in which case minor changes are included.
Refund Policy
Once the project has started, any cancellation by the client will be subject to a 50% refund of the agreed total project fee. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover time, resources, and administrative work already invested.
No refunds will be issued once the final website has been delivered and made live.
As stated above, all third-party service fees are fully non-refundable.
Right to Cancel
Creatiscope reserves the right to cancel a project at any time, at our sole discretion.
If a project is canceled by Creatiscope for any reason, the client will receive a 100% refund of the total project fee paid, NOT including any third-party costs covered under that fee.

By initiating a project with Creatiscope, the client agrees to this policy. This ensures a fair and respectful relationship while allowing us to maintain the quality and focus each project deserves.
